Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns.  Feel free to contact us with questions prior to your purchase.  If you experience any quality issues please contact us within one week of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right.  

SHIPPING and ORDER FULFILLMENT

Generally we ship USPS first class, priority or flat rate.  Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship.  Please allow 2 days for order processing.  Occasionally we get a little behind (haha) so please allow an extra day or two for us to make your product.  If you are in a rush and need it quick, shoot us an email to verify stock and shipping before you buy.

OUR MATERIALS

All cloth items are hand stitched in Washington, USA.  All fabric is 100% cotton and has been pre-shrunk for quality assurance.  Where noted, we have sourced organic cotton for even more Earth friendly benefits.

ABOUT US

Taming Windigo was founded in late 2020 as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic supply chain issues surrounding toilet paper shortages. We got our name as a result of reading Robin Wall Kimmerer's highly acclaimed, best selling novel Braiding Sweetgrass. This book helped us to remember our purpose and our role in the web of life on planet Earth. We are so glad you found us!
